Made-to-measure covers and bimini tops for your boat, interiors for classic cars, certified trim for aircraft and protective covers for industry. Everything is designed, stitched and fitted in our Riazzino workshop — ten minutes from the harbours of Locarno and Ascona.
Four departments, one workshop
Marine upholstery
Protective covers, canopies, bimini tops on mirror-polished 316 stainless frames, cushions and interior refits. The only workshop in Ticino that covers the whole boat.
Automotive upholstery
Sympathetic restoration of classics and youngtimers: seats, headliners, dashboards, hoods, carpets. Porsche, Ferrari, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo.
Aircraft upholstery
Interiors for fixed and rotary wing using FAA, FAR and EASA certified materials, working alongside RUAG and AeLo Maintenance SA.
Industrial & contract
Machine guards, made-to-measure upholstery, pool covers, heavy shading textiles, trim for working vehicles.
Eighty years of craft, today’s machinery
epico.ch SA was founded in 2019 on the acquisition of Selleria Rezzonico in Locarno, a second-generation workshop with deep local roots. After a handover period with Mr Rezzonico we moved production to Riazzino: more space, better logistics and room for the machinery the work demanded.
Today the team is made up of qualified upholsterers and apprentices. We stitch on five Pfaff and Adler long-arm industrial machines, weld PVC by high frequency on a four-metre travelling bed, bend and roll stainless steel for bimini frames, and embroider on ten needles up to 30 × 27 cm. Nothing is subcontracted: what we design, we make.
We come to your boat
We work in every harbour on Lake Maggiore and our staff hold boating licences, so we can take delivery of your boat even on its mooring buoy. Our trailers carry boats up to around 11 metres and sports or classic cars up to 2,580 kg, on fully insured trade plates.
For aviation, our coordinated Ferry service lets us collect your aircraft anywhere in Europe.
