How we work on Lake Lugano

We come to the harbour: we measure on board, with the boat ashore at the yard or afloat at its mooring. The cover or canopy is made in our Riazzino workshop, then we come back for the fitting.

For covers the measuring visit is free, and the online form gets you a written estimate within 2 working days.

If needed, we move the boat

A full interior refit is best done in the workshop. With our own vehicles we tow boat trailers up to 6 tonnes; for larger boats we work with transport partners.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also come to harbours on Lake Lugano?

Yes: Lugano Cassarate, Lanchetta and Splendid, the TCS harbour and Lido in Agno. If you moor elsewhere on the Ceresio, ask anyway — we will arrange it.

Do I have to bring the boat to Riazzino?

No. Measuring, test fitting and fitting happen in the harbour; only the cover or canopy is made in the workshop. We move the boat to the workshop only for an interior refit, on trailers up to 6 tonnes.

Is the measuring visit in Lugano charged?

Not for covers: it is free, as everywhere in Ticino. For other work the rough estimate is free; a detailed quote with a site visit costs CHF 150.– including VAT, deducted if you give us the job.
